Practice Owner

Hi, I’m Toni, and I have a passion for supporting children and families. I have 24 years of experience in the child mental health field. The majority of my clinical work has been with children and adolescents. However, I also have experience working with adults and families. I have worked in day treatment, in-home, school-based, and outpatient settings.

My clinical approach is trauma-informed, attachment-based, and person-centered. I also work from a neurodiversity-affirming framework. I have training and experience in various treatment modalities, including dialectical behavior therapy, cognitive-behavioral therapy, and mindfulness interventions. I have supported individuals navigating a variety of clinical needs related to autism spectrum disorder, ADHD, depression, anxiety, trauma recovery, self-harm behaviors, academic stress, career/academic goals, relationship concerns, grief and loss, and family of origin work.

I look forward to getting to know you and how I can be a support!

Rose Holbrook, MSW, LCSW

Hi! I’m Rose.  I have been a social worker for over 20 years. I have extensive experience with child welfare, supporting families impacted by social services involvement, families and adolescents dealing with custody disputes, co-parenting, and navigating the child welfare system. I am passionate about supporting those in the LGBTQ community, and this will be a safe space for you to share. I have experience working with those aged 17 and above.

Over the past five years, I’ve developed a deep commitment to the field of mental health and clinical social work, particularly supporting adults and parents dealing with addiction and recovery. I use talk therapy to help individuals manage symptoms of anxiety and depression. I also enjoy working with parents of teenagers, helping them navigate the everyday challenges and stressors of parenting adolescents.

My clinical approach is person-centered and trauma-informed. I have training in child trauma, motivational interviewing, substance misuse, and impacts on family systems.

I can offer a flexible schedule to meet the needs of working individuals, and our sessions would be virtual for convenience.

Let’s get started on your journey to wellness!
